The priority activity of Sovremen Dom shareholders’ Company is renting and managing with own real estate and property taken under lease (leasing), registered in foreign trade turnover.
In order to maintain the useful value of the facilities and their infrastructure, they are used for rent, and part of them are being adapted gradually, thus creating conditions for organizing modern manufacturing.
Most of company’s real estate is situated in Skopje and Prilep, and the Company as well owns real estate – most of it sales area real estate – in several cities through Macedonia.

Real estate for lease:

• Manufacturing plant in Prilep with 45 000 sqm of area (almost 85% of this area is being leased to smaller business entities) and 100 000 sqm of land;
• Manufacturing plant in Skopje with 42 000 sqm (almost 70%of this area is being leased to smaller companies) and 75 000 sqm of land;
• Almost 2000 sqm of business premises in several cities through Macedonia.
